This coffee from Pedro Perez Domingo is the first of two single farmer lots this year from Concepción Huista. It reminds us of chocolate candy bars with its sweet milk chocolate, sugary nougat and bright pistachio notes.
Concepción Huista is a town located in one of the highest areas of Guatemala called Sierra de los Cuchumatanes. It has a unique microclimate, created by warm updrafts from the plains of Tehuantepec mixing with the cooler air descending from the Cuchumatanes Mountains, fostering high-quality coffees.
