Brothers Alexander and Magali Delgado from Costa Rica have created a stunning combination with this coffee from their San Luis mill. The SL-28 varietal is usually seen in lots from Kenya or Uganda, and it brings a pleasant burst of warm summer fruit and sugar. The white honey process, which removes most of the fruit before sun drying, allows the softer notes to shine through, reminding us of blackberry juice and summery panela lemonade. It still has a wonderfully dense body, making this an elevated daily drinker perfect for summer Saturday mornings.
