Trevor entered the world of specialty coffee after years spent in the construction trades. His appreciation for coffee started early, around the breakfast table with his dad.

After earning his Business Management degree, Trevor moved to Boston in 2022 to join a church plant. He began working in specialty coffee, knowing he wanted to pursue something more community-driven. That decision led him to Broadsheet Coffee Roasters, where he started as a barista, grew into a shift lead, and stepped into the role of Cafe Manager in January 2026. As a manager, Trevor focuses on leading by example, supporting his team, and creating a positive, high-energy environment.

Outside of the cafe, Trevor enjoys fishing, hunting, playing sports with friends, and playing the guitar.
